Ryleen Jewelry Membership is an exclusive loyalty program for customers who appreciate timeless beauty and craftsmanship. Members earn points on purchases, receive exclusive perks, enjoy early access to launches, and benefit from referral and seasonal rewards. The program is designed to thank our most dedicated pearl lovers with meaningful benefits that grow with engagement.
Is there a cost to join the Ryleen Jewelry Membership Program?
Ryleen Jewelry offers both free and paid membership options, each with its own benefits.     •    Free Membership: Open to all.     •    Spend $399 annually to become a Glow Member, receiving the same benefits as the $99 paid tier.     •    Spend $999 annually to become a Signature Member, enjoying the same benefits as the $199 paid tier.     •    Paid Membership:     •    $99/year (Glow Plus): Includes welcome vouchers, priority point access, birthday perks, etc.     •    $199/year (Signature Plus): Adds enhanced referral rewards, VIP customer care, private discounts, and annual thank-you gifts. All paid members are eligible for a full membership fee refund once per membership year by successfully referring 5 new members. (Limit one refund per person per year.) Regardless of your membership type, spend $3,999 or more annually to unlock Luxe Collector status with elevated, mysterious rewards. No credit check or card application is required.
How do I join the Ryleen Jewelry Membership Program?
You can sign up at ryleenjewelry.com by creating an account and selecting your preferred membership tier. Once registration or paid membership purchase is completed, your benefits activate automatically. You can also join at authorized pop-up events or in-person locations.
Can I have more than one membership account?
No. Each person may hold only one Ryleen Jewelry membership. Accounts cannot be shared, combined, or transferred, even among household members. A maximum of five separate memberships is allowed per household address. Duplicate accounts may be removed at our discretion.
How do I earn points with Ryleen Jewelry?
You can earn points in the following ways: 1. Make a purchase while signed in to your member account. 2. Refer a friend who completes their first order. 3. Participate in promotional events, app downloads, or SMS signup (see your dashboard). 4. Please note: points are not awarded for resale/commercial purchases or fraudulent activity.

How do I earn Rewards?
Rewards are automatically issued once you earn 500 points from your own purchases. For every 500 points, you’ll receive a $5 reward. Rewards can be redeemed in increments of $5, $10, $15, $20, and so on. Referral Rewards (for Paid Members): Ryleen Jewelry paid members enjoy a robust referral reward system: • First-time referral bonus: When a new member joins through a paid member’s referral link and makes their first qualifying purchase (excluding membership fees), both the referrer and the new member will receive a $20 reward. • Ongoing purchase commissions: As long as the referrer maintains an active paid membership, they will receive $5 for every $50 the referred member spends—on every future purchase. Example: If a referred member later places a $200 order, the referrer will receive $20.
Do my Rewards expire?
Yes. Rewards expire 90 days after being issued, unless otherwise specified in your reward notification email.
Can I share my points or Rewards?
No. Points and Rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
Can I use my Rewards online and in person?
Yes. Rewards can be redeemed on ryleenjewelry.com or at official events/locations. Rewards are single-use and cannot be split between online and in-person purchases.
