Is there a cost to join the Ryleen Jewelry Membership Program?
We offer both free and paid memberships:
  • Pearls Friend (Free): Open to all customers who signs up with their email or phone number.
  • Glow Partner ($99/year or $399 annual spend): Includes 10% off, welcome gift, referral rewards, and more.
  • Signature Advocate ($199/year or $999 annual spend): Enjoy 15% off, VIP service, exclusive gifts, and advanced rewards.
  • Luxe Collector (Annual spend $3,999+): Invitation-only tier with elite benefits, private consultations, and personalized gifting.
How do I join the Ryleen Jewelry Membership Program?
Simply create an account at ryleenjewelry.com and choose your preferred tier. Paid tiers are activated immediately after purchase. You can also join in person at select pop-up events.
Can I have more than one membership account?
No. Each person may only have one membership. Accounts cannot be shared or transferred. Up to 5 memberships per household are allowed. Duplicates may be removed.
How do I earn points with Ryleen Jewelry?
Earn points by:
  1. Making purchases while logged in
  2. Referring friends
  3. Joining events, SMS, or app-based promotions
Points do not apply to resale, bulk orders, or suspicious activity.
Do paid memberships expire?
Yes. Paid memberships are valid for one year. Renewal is required to continue benefits.
How do I earn Rewards?
For every 500 points earned, you'll receive a $5 reward. Paid members also earn referral rewards:
  • First referral: You and your friend both get $20 when they place their first order.
  • Ongoing commissions: Glow Partners will receive a 5% cashback for evey $50 spent. Signature Advocates will receive a 8% cashback for every $50 spent.
Do my Rewards expire?
Yes. Rewards expire 90 days after issuance unless stated otherwise.
Can I share my points or Rewards?
No. Points and Rewards are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder only.
Can I use my Rewards online and in person?
Yes. Rewards can be redeemed online or at authorized pop-up locations. Rewards are one-time use and cannot be split between online and offline purchases.
